Hours Monday - Friday 10-6:30 PM (with 30 minute unpaid lunch)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Family and Staff Support Specialist

Assisting families and staff with various needs, such as payments, data updates, and answering questions/concerns

Classroom Operations Coordinator

Supporting classroom count, ratio, and staff schedule monitoring

Customer Service and Security Administrator

Answering phones and providing excellent customer service

Ratio Compliance and Security Support

Maintaining security coverage and ensuring compliance with ratio and payroll requirements

Office Operations Specialist

Operating various office machines, such as scanners and fax machines

Document Management and Administrative Support

Managing filing and organization of important documents

Housekeeping and Support Assistant

Assisting with closing housekeeping duties

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU ARE

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus:

Center Operations Experience Navigator

Experience in a center or school setting

Administrative and Management Maestro

Experience in administration or management

Office Machines and Security Systems Expert

Familiarity with office machines, alarm and entry systems

Computer Proficiency and Software Savant

Proficiency with computer operations and basic software programs
