WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Administrative Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting families and staff with various needs, such as payments, data updates, and answering questions/concerns

• Supporting classroom count, ratio, and staff schedule monitoring

• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service

• Maintaining security coverage and ensuring compliance with ratio and payroll requirements

• Operating various office machines, such as scanners and fax machines

• Managing filing and organization of important documents

• Assisting with closing housekeeping duties

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality

While not required, the following skills and experiences would be a plus:

Experience in a center or school setting

Experience in administration or management

Familiarity with office machines, alarm and entry systems

Proficiency with computer operations and basic software programs
